Elements and Performance Criteria
- Prepare for the pilot system
- Establish and confirm the objectives, success criteria and acceptance criteria, for pilot implementation
- Identify and secure, the technical and organisational resources required for pilot implementation
- Establish and confirm executive support for the pilot
- Complete the project plan for the pilot, and refer the project documentation to the appropriate person for their approval
- Install the pilot system
- Test the pilot system
- Evaluate the results and feedback of the pilot
- Assess computerised results of the pilot test
- Interview pilot group members in order to obtain feedback
- Document the feedback and results
- Evaluate according to success, and the acceptance criteria previously established
- Report the final recommendations from the pilot, with regard to a complete installation of the pilot system, to the appropriate person
